SMS Terms of Service

These terms apply to text messages sent by Wilson Almonte M.D., Victoria Pain & Rehabilitation Center, and Brazos Pain Management.

1. 1. Program Description

   With your consent, we may send appointment reminders, scheduling updates, care and service notifications, and responses to your requests by SMS or MMS.

2. 2. Consent

   Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving care or services. You may withdraw consent at any time.

3. 3. Frequency and Charges

   Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. 4. Opt Out and Support

   Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, call Victoria Pain & Rehabilitation Center at +1 (361) 201-0535, or call Brazos Pain Management at +1 (281) 801-6443.

5. 5. Privacy

   Review our SMS Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in or consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. 6. Emergencies and Sensitive Information

   Do not use text messaging for emergencies. Call 911 for a medical emergency. Text messaging may not be fully secure, so do not send sensitive medical information unless we direct you to an approved secure channel.
